To cancel or reschedule a shoot, please let us know by 4:00pm the day prior. There is a $75 cancellation fee for appointments that are canceled after this time, if a property is unable to be accessed, or is not ready to be photographed upon arrival. A travel fee may also be charged if we are provided with the incorrect address for a property.
Delivery of photos is by the end of the next business day. Shoots on Friday and Saturday will be sent out on Monday.
Please note that you will receive the exact amount of photos that you order. If there are specific features or areas of the home you would like photographed please let us know. We typically skip closets, unfinished areas, storage rooms, inside of garages, etc. unless otherwise specified.
Alcove Media is the exclusive owner of all photos, videos, or any other digital media produced by Alcove Media. In exchange for payment to Alcove Media for the services provided you are granted limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable right to use the digital media in connection with marketing and promoting the property, your listings, and your real estate business or brokerage.
